Coronavirus COVID-19 Update
Our partner, DPD, has been working hard with their pickup shops to ensure that they in line with the latest government guidelines. Your safety remains a priority for us, therefore all processes will be contact free.
We are continuing to review local area lockdowns and are in discussions with our delivery partners regularly. Should things change in these areas which prevent returns from being made, we will update this page accordingly.
Please be rest assured that we have our extended returns window in place to make the process as easy as possible for you.
- Customers who made orders prior to 1st November 2020 will have 90 days to return their items back to us, after the date of purchase.
- Orders made from 1st November 2020 can be returned up to the 31st January 2021.
- Saddles have a 30 day return period, after the date of purchase.
