Ambassador Update - Becci Harrold
It's been a busy few weeks on the build up to the eventing season. Annie has come out the winter feeling very well!
We managed to get some show jumping practice in and qualified for the Blue Chip SJ champs at Hartbury in a few weeks which is exciting for us eventers!!
I have squeezed in around the day job two lessons with my trainer Sarah Healy. Earlier this week we concentrated on the dressage and Annie felt fantastic. I just need to get my brain in order to remember the dressage tests again!
We were looking forward to XC schooling at Somerford last weekend however the rain stopped play and they closed the course. So it will be an interesting first event this weekend with me not being able to fit in any grass training!
Really hoping the weather holds up for us. In between all this with Annie I have been bringing my baby horse along for the experience and she is turning into something very special. She has learnt to canter and jump in the space of a few weeks. We have had a few 'oh erm eeek' moments but luckily I was wearing my Dublin Performance Warm-It Gel Riding Tights so managed to keep my bottom in the saddle!
So the lorry is packed, my Dublin Taylor Technial Top and Dublin Supa Embrace Performance Gel Knee Patch Breeches at the ready!
Wish us luck!
